Stock Option Time

The annual stock option grant period is fast approaching. Much like the year-end bonus season, stock grants are more indicative of how the company views your contributions. Large grant means they want you to stick around. A small one, you'd better get ready to say goodbye.
I received my grant notice and hope it is a good sign. Fewer grants issued this period and with thousands more employees, I guess I should consider myself both lucky and rewarded.
But, who wouldn't love to get a truck load of options, right?
