Roxio Media Manager Infinite Loop

I really hate Roxio right now. It has taken
over my laptop and is a possessed piece of shit wreaking havoc on my computer. Can
anyone please tell the people at Roxio to fix their products before they release
them? I mean if this is the way they run their company, I would hate to see how
clean they keep their offices. For crying out loud… what a crappy piece of software.
