Stock Recommendations: Post-US November Elections 2008

If McCain-Palin win, buy/short these sectors:
1. BUY: Canadian stock - US citizens will flee to Canada and thus, increase the demand for all things Canadian.
2. SHORT: Education-related companies - the US government will spend all of its education budget on war-making capability and heck, who needs an educated population when all the people need only know how to aim and pull a trigger.
3. BUY: Baby goods companies - with Palin in charge, you can bet every child-bearing women will be forced to pop out kids until the last possible age.I expect the birth rate will jump a full 10 points.

If Obama-Biden win, buy/short these sectors:
1. SHORT: anything owned by a GOP-backer.
2. BUY: US-manufactured goods, except for autos - that industry is going to die a slow and horrible death anyway.
3. SHORT: HMOs: they are history!
