Enforce Mandatory Driving Testing for Senior Citizens

Is there any wonder why old people should be forced to renew their motor vehicle driving license every six months? Will Governor Bush do anything here? Or will he let the next governor deal with it? As for the old driver, he should be charged with manslaughter and sent to prison. Well, if not prison, he should be fined a million bucks.
