Death Penalty Candidate

Yet another tragedy strikes America. A cold-blooded killer aims a loaded weapon at the head of young teenage girl. The killer asks for a kiss. The girl refuses. The killer pulls the trigger. End of story. There is no excuse for his crime. No lawyer with any soul would want to defend him. Do they execute people in New Jersey?
