Yet Another Candidate for the Death Penalty: Rudy Fleming

Parolee robs people. Parolee shoots robbery victim. Victim dies. Parolee's sentence?

I sure hope it is the death penalty or at the very least, life in prison without any chance of parole. Just look how well his first time on parole panned out??? Would you want this person living in your neighbourhood?
