Help the Spam Monster is coming!!!

I read on Joi's blog that there seems to be some pesky little spam monster trolling through the net space attacking people who use MSN IM. Yikes! I'm sure glad I stopped using MSN IM long time ago. I was told not to use it at work so I just stopped turning it on over a year ago. Can't say I miss using it.

Anyway, I thought the problems with spam with past us. Whatever happened to the new laws being enacted? Or are there any laws against 'spamming'??
