FTTH: Houston, we have lift off!!

The NTT man visited my village today and hooked me up to FTTH. I will definitely try to get the most use out of it this weekend. I plan on checking out a few streaming videos to see if I can notice any differences in speed.

Tomorrow, I will get a few other computers set up to access the internet. Right now, I am using one of my Wintel machines at home to do my blogging. I'll see how my G3 PowerBook does on the super-duper fast highway.

I might have to break my promise foregoing the G4 PowerBook for the G5 PowerSuperRocketBook next year. If I can get my hands on a used G4 PB, I might be tempted to give it a whirl while I wait for the G5 SuperComputerBook.

With the additional speed, I will try to get my own website and business set up sooner rather than later. Now, I have to decide on where to host my new/future website.
