Martha Stewart Trial: Allegations of Perjury

Is this an exploitable situation that will provide Martha with a new trial? Let's hope the trial judge sits a spell and rethinks how best to proceed in the sentencing phase. While I think it was bad that Martha tried to cover up her trades, I don't think her crimes rise to the level it has attained thus far. I hope the judge sentences Stewart to probation and a large monetary fine.
