North Korean Explosion

The North Korean government has asked for international assistance as a result of the massive and deadly explosion near the Chinese border. I hope this leads to a more stable region as the North Korean government has been very stand-offish to the international community. As I live in Tokyo, any missile attacks launched from North Korea are most likely targeted for the Metro Tokyo region.
