Sony PCG-Z1/P: Laptop Review

I am getting very upset at my Sony Laptop. The battery is kaput and will no longer hold a charge. I intend on contacting Sony next week to ask what 'THEY PLAN' on doing to resolve the problem. I bought the computer last year and can not believe the battery is causing so many problems for me. Does Sony want to 'upset' consumers so badly??? Is this why their company is 'bleeding red ink' like there is no tomorrow?
